Bookings and rentals
Submitting the contact form is a request for information or a booking; it does not by itself confirm a reservation. We will contact you to confirm availability, pricing and details before your rental. A valid ID and, for self-drive rentals, a valid driver's license are required.
Safety
All renters must follow the safety briefing, local boating laws, posted speed limits and no-wake zones. Life jackets are provided and must be worn where required by law. We reserve the right to refuse or end a rental for unsafe conduct.
Cancellations and weather
Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance receive a full refund; same-day cancellations may receive a credit. If conditions are unsafe, we will reschedule or provide a full refund.
Liability
Rentals are undertaken at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or our rentals.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
